Area description

Hill top location with  a 360 degree panoramic view of the countryside. It is surrounded by olive groves,vineyards, woods and a 3000 sq.m fenced garden. The small village of Castel Viscardo is within a few minutes drive with two restaurants and cafè bar with good "Cappuccino", grocery, pharmacy, Bank with A.T.M, P.O., other stores.

Orvieto within a 15 minute drive with all types of shops, restaurants and wineries.

Motorway Orvieto exit 15 minutes. Todi or Viterbo 30 minutes. Lake Bolsena 15 minutes  Assisi 1 hour, Spoleto 1 hour. Montepulciano in Southern Tuscany 1 hour, Siena 1.5 hours. Rome 1.5 hours. Florence 2 hours. The closest Airport is Rome Airport 1.5 hours.
