Description: The little town of Bettona stands in a splendid
panoramic location within the 14th Century ellipsoidal walls. It was a
Etruscan and Roman settlement. Bettona is surrounded by fields and olive
groves.

of St. Andrea (very beautiful fresco cycle of Passion of Christ

Museums: Palazzo del Padestà (1371) seat of the Pinacoteca
(Art Gallery) which preserves paintings from the 14th to the 18th

d'Assisi, Jacopo Siculo, Spagnoletto, Benedetto Bandiera, Boccanera and
other archelogical finds • Villa del Boccaglione, a grandiose
country residence designed by the famous architect Piermarini
